This micro-UX improvement enhances the KibaOS Welcome experience by improving accessibility and visual hierarchy. It introduces semantic keyboard shortcut tags, descriptive ARIA labels for screen readers, and interactive button states for better feedback. Additionally, it updates the UX documentation to align with the current LXDE architecture and repository accessibility audits.
