This PR introduces 45 new GitHub Action workflows designed to automate repository maintenance and enforce coding standards across the KibaOS project.

Key categories of workflows included:

  1. Build Audits: Validates build.sh for security and consistency (e.g., set -e, pacman-key initialization, UID settings).
  2. Repository Hygiene: Checks for dangerous chmod 777, trailing whitespace, nested .git directories, and markdown link integrity.
  3. Workflow Quality: Enforces best practices like SHA pinning, job-level permissions, and naming conventions.
  4. DevOps Automation: Implements advanced labeling, issue triage, and PR size/impact analysis.

All workflows have been refined to ensure they provide actual utility and avoid placeholder content. Logic is specifically tailored to the project's build environment and repository standards.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15463042358861314718 started by @christopherfoxjr

- Added 30 workflows for auditing build.sh, repository hygiene, and workflow standards.
- Added 15 workflows for general repository management, linting, and analysis.
- Ensured all workflows follow best practices: job-level permissions, explicit bash shell, and reasonable timeouts.
- All workflows are functional and grounded in the KibaOS repository structure, avoiding filler content.
- Verified all workflows pass YAML syntax checks using check_workflows.py.
