What?
Backport Block Hooks / RTC fix from WordPress/wordpress-develop#11410.
Closes #76176
Why?
To avoid duplicated hooked blocks in the
first_child/last_childposition of a post when enabling Real-Time Collaboration in the Gutenberg plugin on a WP install < v7.0.How?
By adding the relevant post meta to the REST API response of the posts controller for the relevant post types.
