Filtertype weekly

Weekly filter must provide the following functionality:

• timespan filter, but command is "next week", "previous week", to avoid having to deal with timezones in JS
• Dynamic update of label
• Configurable timespans (Monday 00:000 to Sunday 24:00 is just one of different settings)
• Use existing webservices of wb table
