Implement automatic code analysis with SonarQube in the GitHub Actions CI pipeline in order to:

• Analyze code quality on every push
• Check the Quality Gate before merge
• Automatically decorate Pull Requests
• Centralize metrics (bugs, vulnerabilities, coverage, code smells)

Command to run the analysis

mvn clean verify sonar:sonar

I just added the documentation to the bookstack to cover any springboot repository : https://bookstack.infra.xpeho.com/books/sonarqube/page/scanner-un-repository-github
By default the quality gate is at 80% (configurable on bookstack)
Nothing has to be test for now so the CI should accept the PR.
