Sorry about making another PR, I'm much more familiar with GitTea than I am GitHub.
This is a PR to remove the long winded LICENSE.txt and replace it with a much more straight-forward one with just the license, doing the same to extract-iso.c in addition to removing the very old changelog from it.
My commit messages are also hopefully more in line with the project's style this time around.
