Adds five thin-wrapper tools mapping 1:1 to the SDK: list-overpayments, list-prepayments, and create-credit-note-allocation / create-overpayment-allocation / create-prepayment-allocation. Each create tool applies a source's remaining credit to one or more invoices via the Allocations array. Mirrors the existing list-credit-notes and create-payment patterns; shares one extracted allocation-line Zod schema.
