Rename img to img_my, add GitHub Pages deploy workflow

- Rename public/img/ to public/img_my/ and update all source references
- Add base path /homepage/ in vite.config.js
- Add GitHub Actions workflow for automatic GitHub Pages deployment
- Fix import path in src/app.js
- Restore index.html as Vite dev entry point
