Any idea why i get "cdparam : the term is not recognized" error message at start ?

Hi,
i've installed the SharePointPnPPowerShellOnline module and run the Migrate-Packages.bat file but i get

cdparam: The term "cdparam" is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or
executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path exists, verify that the path
is correct and try again.

please ignore this, i've deleted previous copy of folder and made it again (at root level instead of subfolder) and now it's working.
