Scanner not showing in Plex

I have tried everything in the installation guide and have gotten nowhere on figuring this out. It doesn't even create a Plex Media Scanner.log file for me to look at. The best I can get is errors from other log files.

Is that a new type library or legacy library? How it is created make a difference...

I am not entirely sure what you mean by this. However, the library type I selected was called "Other Videos". I am experimenting with a library that are mixing tv shows that can also have movies, so that could be the problem.

Please create a test series library, as i never supported "other". I reco it will work as expected
