dotNET framework error on launch

Hi, mate!
I started Cancer2Ban on Windows Server 2012 R2 and got .NET framework error "Method not found: '!!0[] System.Array.Empty()'."
I have .NET 4.5.51641 installed - is this a sufficient version?
