docs: bump package version to v0.1.3 and surface benchmark results

Motivation

• The changelog includes a new benchmark run but the package metadata still referenced the old release version, so the package version must be aligned with release notes.
• Make benchmark outcomes discoverable from the README and surface concise highlights to demonstrate the project's performance advantages versus competitors.

Description

• Updated packages/react/package.json version from 0.1.1 to 0.1.3 to match CHANGELOG.md.
• Added a short “Quick result highlights” summary and a deep-link to benchmark-results/results.md in the root README.md.
• Added a new Benchmark（性能基准） section to README.zh-CN.md with the same highlights and a link to benchmark-results/results.md.
• Commit created with a descriptive message documenting the docs and metadata changes.

Testing

• No automated unit or integration tests were added or modified for this change because it is limited to documentation and package metadata only.
• CI/test scripts in package.json were not changed by this PR, and no test failures were introduced by the edits.
