fix: address Greptile review — resource lookup and cancel button state

- Fix resource lookup in Permissions edit: use resource_display_name
  instead of resource_name to match record.resource field
- Reset editing state in Cancel buttons across all 3 components
  (Roles, Resources, Permissions) to match onCancel (X button) behavior
