Update package-lock.json dependency versions

Regenerate package-lock.json to bump multiple locked dependency versions. Notable updates include @babel/parser, @docsearch (css/js/sidepanel), many @esbuild platform builds, @iconify-json/simple-icons, @rolldown/pluginutils, and numerous @rollup platform packages (also adding libc fields for some builds). This syncs the lockfile with recent installs/upgrades to ensure consistent installs across environments.
