Add collapsible full-source blocks for lock samples in lock.md

Embed the complete ABAP source of demo apps S_07–S_12 at the end of each
matching chapter on the Lock cookbook page, wrapped in <details> so they
stay folded by default and can be expanded and copy-pasted as needed.
