ZABAPLINT_DEPENDENCIES raises exception OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED

When running the dependency repo generator ZABAPLINT_DEPENDENCIES an exception is raised in ZCL_ABAPGIT_ABAP_LANGUAGE_VERSCP.
