Create a new set of pipelines steps for the binary to source analysis for .Net, C# and WinPE/COFF assemblies using strings and symbols

This is now completed.

To complete this feature we had the following PRs/items:

• Add C# source symbol parsers source-inspector#32 Get symbols from C# source files using tree-sitter-c-sharp
• Add binary symbols parsing for winpe and macho binary-inspector#2 Get symbols from windows winpe binaries using blint
• Add d2d symbols matching for winpe macho binaries #1674 Add a new pipeline step to match symbols from windows related source files to binaries

This is available as a new optional step in the deploy_to_develop pipeline: Windows (you can select this through the UI or pass this as an option when using the API/CLI: deploy_to_develop:Windows )
