npm-health: Provision demo server

Data collection for the NPM packages will require a VM to host data from 1,000 repositories, along with additional information. We likely use GrimioreLab for this, so the machine should be able to host a single-node OpenSearch cluster.

Let's start small with a machine with:

• RAM 16GB
• Storage: ~20GB
• Network: we don't need a public IP

Closing conditions:

• Machine is deployed
• @canasdiaz and @dicortazar has access to the machine
