Get source symbols for more types of C/C++ files

More file extensions which are C/C++ files:

• .hpp
• .m (objective C)
• .inl
• .hh
• .cc
• .cxx
• .hxx

We should test to see if we are getting source symbols correctly from these here, and add these at https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode.io/blob/main/scanpipe/pipes/d2d_config.py

These are observed in MacOS/Windows projects in:

• back2source: Run pipeline for 100 Windows C++ projects scancode.io#1470
• back2source: Run pipeline for 100 macOS projects scancode.io#1471
