I broke the stringtable runtime again when I pulled/pushed through github desktop :( |
- Built diag for nearest defib while defib doesn't have collision. If no target defib found, it will search for nearest defib and display data

Reduced amount of replication happening while defib is idle in disconnected state
- Moved diag tools from main to defibrillation
- added settings to base ACE_Medical_Defibrillation_IDefibState for all other states to use
- added network notification system
