WS Compat - Improve XMS ACE_IronSightBaseAngle and ACE_RailHeightAboveBore

When merged this pull request will:
Update ACE_IronSightBaseAngle and ACE_RailHeightAboveBore for XMS variants, especially XMS SG.

Notes:

• Tests in-game with Ballistics - Fix and improve B_12Gauge_Slug_NoCartridge. #11352
• Same method that my previous Scopes - Weapons IronSightBaseAngle updated #7958
• ACE_IronSightBaseAngle and ACE_RailHeightAboveBore have no effect on secondary weapon, only primary.
• Can't fix something, just add a better accuracy with the both weapons (no miracle, not perfect).
• If WS XMS 3D models updated and/or secondary weapon fixed, these values will need to be also updated.
• As reminder, XMS SG iron sight (vanilla game, CBA and Debug Reticle script):
  • XMS SG iron sight primary weapon not centered.
  • XMS SG iron sight secondary weapon not centered.
