Add PortValidationOpts to skip hyphen validation for group nodes and validate port definitions within group nodes
Detect runner OS/arch, parse repo from git remote, create workspace directories, and initialize file command files. Also handle cwd changes for GITHUB_WORKSPACE/ACT_CWD
Use go-git for cloning and checking out GitHub Action repositories instead of shelling out to git commands.
