The unboxing work changes the .c & .h output. Bump the interface schema version so older output is treated as stale and rebuilt instead of being reused across the representation change.

This bumps the cached interface schema version after the unboxing changes, so existing
.tydbentries are treated as stale and rebuilt instead of being reused across the representation change.
