Refreshes the default-branch README to reflect the v1.0 direction, as part of the repo cleanup ahead of the v1 promotion.

What changed

  • Leads with the v1.0 Rust + WinUI 3 rewrite story (native client + .NET sidecar, time-machine, diagnostics, human-gated automation).
  • Notes clearly that main still holds the legacy v0.x .NET/React code and that v1 lives on the v1 branch and will become default soon.
  • All links point only at things that exist today (Releases, intunecommander.com, the v1 branch) — no links into v1-only paths, so nothing 404s on main until the rewrite merges.

Not in this PR

  • Repo description / topics / homepage — already updated directly via the GitHub API.
  • Website switch to the new Astro/Starlight site — staged separately on v1 (CNAME + apex base + deploy workflow) to go live at the v1 promotion.

Once v1 merges to main, its own README (with working relative links) supersedes this bridge.

Replace the v0.x .NET/React README with a bridging README that leads with
the v1.0 story (Rust + WinUI 3 client over a .NET Graph sidecar, time-machine,
diagnostics, human-gated automation). Links point only at things that exist
today — Releases, intunecommander.com, and the v1 branch — so nothing 404s
until the v1 code merges to main.

Bring PR #232 (website apex-domain + releasing.md reconcile) onto main and retire v1. main already carried PR #231 (v1.0 README refresh); this combines both doc lines.
