Hi Vinod,
to learn WABBIT you do not need an .STL file in the first place. Do you plan to use STLs to embed the geometries in your flow field?

I am not a professor. No professor would have time for maintaining this code (: Yes you can import stls as an initial condition!
But it is not well documented yet. We will soon publish a paper about this and provide documentation with it.
