Provide without vendor, require composer install

This repo was built with composer Windows, and vendor directory is checked in. It would be better if it were shipped without the vendor directory and composer install was required. The vendor/bin/behat doesn't work on Linux, or probably on macOS.

Could you update to remove vendor directory?
