GET /submodel/$value

What?

Please add to openapi documentation, that this endpoint is intended to complete what is missing after a "GET /submodel/$metadata" request. Otherwise the reader is irritated, why not SubmodelElementValues are returned...

How?

Suggestion for extension of documentation:

• Completes what is missing after "GET /submodel/$metadata".

• I have signed the required Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO) already.
