Menu flashes when mouse positioned just right on Chromium based browsers

Issue: Moving your mouse slowly up from below the menu to the top menu item causes the menu to repeatedly flash. The menu remains usable, but it is a bit annoying.

Test on OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1803
