build(deps): resolve drs-client 1.14.0 via public npm registry (match siblings)

The lockfile entry was generated locally against artifactory, giving a
resolved URL of artifactory.corp.adobe.com; CI (which resolves @adobe/* from
registry.npmjs.org like the sibling entries) failed the tarball fetch with
UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY. Repoint the resolved URL at registry.npmjs.org
(same integrity) so npm ci fetches from the same host as every other @adobe dep.
