Suggestion: Native Support for db:create and db:drop

In each of my projects, I add a package I created to handle the db:create and db:drop commands, which I find very useful during development.


I was wondering if there is a particular reason why these commands haven’t been implemented in the package, and whether you think it could be interesting to add them.
