- Project name
- Building type (House, apartment block or store, etc.)
- Project physical address
- Project ERF number
- Project fee
- Fee paid-to-date
- Project deadline
- Architect contact: name, telephone number, email address, physical address
- Contractor contact: name, telephone number, email address, physical address
- Customer contact: name, telephone number, email address, physical address
- Capture information about new projects
- Update information about existing projects
- Finalise existing projects:
- Invoice is generated for the client. Details customer’s contact details and the amount the customer must still pay
- If customer has already paid the full fee, invoice will not be generated
- List all projects to be completed
- List projects past their due date
- Find and select projects by project number or project name
