Split up whole repo scans that do not use this Action into separate projects for individual upload

If it is necessary to scan the whole monorepo occasionally, in one go, then this produces SARIF that cannot be uploaded using the same categories as are defined in the project used by this Action.

It would be helpful to be able to split up the SARIF results by project, to then upload them individually.
