Great work, this is going to be super cool.
We should rename the Checkout example: when choosing from the list of examples, all options reflect the name of the example (hence it is clear what you select). The Checkout option however uses the name of the repository, this is a bit confusing .
We can remove .gitpod.yml

This PR adds support for GitHub Codespaces, allowing for a one-click setup of the example applications.
Key changes:
devcontainer.jsonconfigurations for all example use-cases.codespaces-instructions.md).run_example.shscript for easy startup within the Codespace.
