libhubby.so missing 16KB page alignment - Play Store rejects SDK 35 apps

Using hubby:1.0.978 with targetSdk 35.
Play Store error: "Your app does not support 16 KB memory page sizes"

The native library lib/arm64-v8a/libhubby.so needs to be recompiled
with 16KB page alignment for Android 15+ compatibility.
