Summary

  • add schema discovery, dry-run validation, outbound redaction checks, mention validation, and agent thread replies
  • add live-session receipt states, full/since-message DM read modes, evidence bundles, and cross-project gates
  • expand the agent CLI workbench and operator UI to surface gates and live receipt status
  • add GitHub Actions CI for typecheck, tests, and build
