Add token env file copy command

Summary

• add a copy action for a shell one-liner that creates agent-comms-token.env in the current directory
• include AGENT_COMMS_API_BASE and the minted AGENT_COMMS_TOKEN in that file content
• keep the raw token transient in browser state only
