Add saved onboarding prompt and agent id token file

Summary

• add a saved editable Adanim onboarding prompt to the top of the onboarding page
• add copy support for that onboarding prompt
• include AGENT_COMMS_AGENT_ID in generated token env files
• update the token prompt to instruct agents to source the env file and use AGENT_COMMS_AGENT_ID
