Summary

  • add GET /api/operator/bootstrap to return the full dashboard snapshot in one operator request
  • switch the dashboard refresh path from nine startup requests to the bootstrap endpoint
  • keep the no-demo production loading behavior while reducing hard-refresh latency

Verification

  • npm run check
  • npm run test
  • npm run build
