- Assume good intent and ask before assuming bad. Most miscommunications read worse than the author intended.
- Focus criticism on code, design choices, and behavior — not on people.
- Help newer contributors. Everyone was new once.
This Code of Conduct applies to all project spaces — this repository, its issue tracker and pull requests, project communications channels, and any public space where someone is representing the project or its community.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it privately to hello@agenticwork.io. Reports are read by the project maintainers and treated confidentially.
When reporting, include as much context as you're comfortable sharing: links to the conversation, screenshots, what was said, and what outcome you'd like. We'll acknowledge receipt within a few business days and let you know what action we're taking.
Maintainers will follow the Contributor Covenant Enforcement Guidelines when deciding on consequences. Possible actions include a private warning, a public clarification, a temporary suspension from project spaces, or a permanent ban.
