Added two optional command line arguments:
-pm = Minimum Port Number (defaults to 49152)
-px = Maximim Port Number (defaults to 49154)
Changed Port check to loop from pm to px ( inclusive ) and exits when it gets a response ( or produces error if not found )
README modified to include syntax change
