The[ UGRC System Status](https://agrc-status.netlify.app/) page needs to be updated to match the new style and template of gis.utah.gov. ### Acceptance Criteria - [ ] Update header, footer, colors, fonts, etc. to match the UGRC website - [ ] Re-add link to the System Status page to the UGRC website footer - [ ] Fix issue with Google Analytics so we can track how many visits the site receives
