Add AI Model Gateway

Adds AI Model Gateway to the AI Frameworks and SDKs section.

Why it fits this list:

• AI-powered / AI-enhanced developer tooling: it routes LLM traffic used by coding tools and SDKs rather than acting as a coding assistant itself.
• Useful to developers: supports Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, OpenAI-compatible SDKs, and curl smoke tests through one self-hosted gateway endpoint.
• Publicly accessible and free: MIT-licensed open-source repository.
