Two potential updates for Section 5 (Category C: Terminal/Agent-First tools):
- Claude Code description update
The current description presents Claude Code as a basic CLI tool.
It may be worth updating to reflect its current capabilities more accurately, including:
- Agent-style multi-step task execution
- Integration with developer workflows (e.g., editor/terminal usage)
- Support for tool usage and extended context workflows
This would better match how it's used in practice today.
- Gemini CLI addition
Google’s Gemini CLI has been released and fits the same category of terminal-based AI coding agents.
It could be considered for inclusion alongside:
- Claude Code
- Aider
- OpenAI Codex CLI
This would make the category more complete and up to date.
Happy to open a PR with suggested edits if this makes sense.
