DM'S disappear

I tried to log out my bot on discordbotclient after i log in back the dm's has been disappear why

i cant reproduce this issue at the moment ;-;

I know that sometimes as I'm opening and closing the app, some DMs will unload and disappear from chats and I have to search for the user with ctrl+k to find them again where it loads everything again
