Description:
Hi! I've improved the "Manual Installation for Local Web Development" section in the README to make it more readable and user-friendly.
Changes made:
Converted the installation steps into a clean numbered list.
Added proper code blocks for Windows and Linux/macOS commands.
Added chmod +x for Linux/macOS to prevent common "permission denied" execution errors.
