Bumps source-intercom from 0.13.19-rc.1 to 0.13.19-rc.3 for continued progressive rollout testing of the increased HTTP connection pool size (CDK change from airbyte-python-cdk#926).

How

• Updated dockerImageTag in metadata.yaml from 0.13.19-rc.1 to 0.13.19-rc.3.
• Added 0.13.19-rc.3 changelog entry in connector docs.

No change to the base image — still using the same dev CDK image (source-declarative-manifest:7.17.0.post4.dev24089021469).
