Renames public-facing PyAirbyte MCP references to Airbyte Replication MCP in the Airbyte docs follow-on to #78241.

Requested by Aaron ("AJ") Steers (@aaronsteers).

How

• Updates the Community MCP landing page card title and CTA.
• Updates the Community MCP server docs page title, body copy, and documentation link text.
• Updates the PyAirbyte API reference mirror under docs/developers/pyairbyte/reference/airbyte/mcp for consistency.
• Leaves the existing pyairbyte-mcp route/filename unchanged pending final naming and URL decisions.
