`huggingface-hub` Version Conflict with current `transformers` and `inspect-ai` dependency requirement

When I run the bash containers/build_container.sh standard, transformers need huggingface < 1.0 but the latest inspect-ai need huggingface <=1.0, After refer to the version history of inspect-ai, I recommend to add inspect-ai==0.3.159 in the 58 lines of the containers/standard.def.

Ah yes, that's a good catch. We had updated the scripts to use the vllm_debug and the opus4.6 containers internally, but didn't update the pkg versions for the standard image. Will do that, thanks.

We suggest using inspect-ai==0.3.150 as that's the version we have pinned in our latest working images (opus4_6 and vllm_debug, for example)
