Description

[WS-299] Resolve out-of-storage and timeout problem in Moonshot-data's Smoke Test job

Motivation and Context

1. Both Smoke Test (UI) and Smoke Test (CLI) job failed due to running out of storage when installing moonshot-data.
2. Smoke Test (CLI) job failed after exceeded 20mins timeout limit.

How to Test

• Run both Smoke Test (UI) and Smoke Test (CLI) jobs from pipeline/smoke-test branch and source code from dev_main branch and ensure both passed.
