Wish: Make matplotlib an optional requirement

Hey @ajhynes7, I hope that everything is fine with you!

I currently use scikit-spatial in a headless environment, and I would like it a lot, if matplotlib weren't a requirement for my project.
Currently, in my dependencies, only scikit-spatial requires matplotlib.
Would it be possible to make it an extra requirement, and in that case, the visualization methods wouldn't work without that extra?

Can you explain how this would benefit you? Why don't you want to install matplotlib into your Python environment?

As I mentioned, the project I work on runs in a headless environment, so I will never use any visualization function. And I have some constraints on the available space that I have, and matplotlib (and its requirements that the majority of which I also do not use) are around ~100mb.
